Yadegari Jewelry ships within Canada and to the United States, and offers free in-store pickup at our Westmount Square location.

Orders within Canada ship with Canada Post or Purolator. Orders to the United States ship with DHL Express or FedEx International.

Shipping rates, delivery options and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout based on the customer's address, package details, and available carrier rates. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing for international orders, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. High-value jewelry orders may require extra verification, signature confirmation, or additional handling before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Yadegari Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or missed delivery attempts. Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order.

Pickup is usually ready within 24 hours after the order is confirmed. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before visiting the store.
