Regular, unworn jewelry can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. Refunds are given when an item was described incorrectly or arrives defective. Custom and special orders, engraved pieces, resized rings, earrings, sale items and gift cards are final sale. See our refund policy for full details.
